We use the following steps to determine your location. If a step is satisfied we stop and use that location information to plot on the check-in map:

Look-up participant's callsign on QRZ.com
Look-up callsign in QRZ.com to get GPS
Look-up callsign in QRZ.com to get Grid square and convert to GPS

If you did not provide your GPS location in the check-in, we pull your location from QRZ.com. Please check your profile on QRZ and update as needed.
If you did provide your GPS location in the check-in please double check what you provided and where your are located. If after that things still look to be in error please Contact Us and ask us to check into the issue.
